Senior Video Editor

Are you an experienced video editor who would like to lead on the editing on some of company’s client projects?

The company is on a mission to revolutionise education through video empowered learning.

Their business is growing fast, and they are on the hunt for a Video Editor to help them continue to deliver high quality videos for their customers.

You will join their small, and fast paced, editing team and take a lead on editing customer projects.

As a member of a close-knit team, you will be able to get involved in every part of video creation including occasionally attending film shoots, ingesting, syncing and editing footage, adding graphics and audio through to gaining feedback from their clients and making amendments until the project is complete.

This is a position where you can utilise your editing skills and have input towards the creative direction, but you will need to balance that with your ability to understand and follow client briefs and make sure that videos are delivered to a high standard and to deadline.

The content they create is often functional educational videos, filmed with up to 3 cameras’, and tend to be of presenters or interviews.

You can inject your creativity with the editing, graphic creation, including motion graphics, images, simple animations and audio.

You will have a high workload to deliver, and sometimes the deadlines are short, so you will need to be able to be flexible with your hours, manage your workload and be prepared to work hard.

And then celebrate the success when a customer is delighted with their content.

The company is growing fast, and by joining a small team you will have the opportunity to grow with them and develop your skills within video editing.
