Role: Project Manager, Business Change

Hours: Fulltime


Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus & Car Allowance


Bonus: up to 15%

The Company


Working for a national major construction company, offering a fantastic package and working conditions - this newly created role will be link between the wider business, senior management and the project teams.



The Role of Project Manager



  • Ideally waterfall trained, with more of a focus on application, business change and discovery projects.

  • Managing and working with project resources to delivery projects

  • Change management through-out the project life-cycle for all changes and daily stand-ups if appropriate.

  • Benefits tracking to ensure the benefits are realised and the project is successful

  • Financial management, of all related project expenditure, hardware, software, capital and op-ex

  • Building key client relationships and managing stakeholders

  • Play a key role in the set-up and embedding of a new PMO office

  • Embedding PMO processes and documentation

  • Infrastructure and Application projects

  • All aspects of Project Management;

    • accountability for project delivery

    • planning,

    • scheduling,

    • coordinating,

    • managing all the risk aspects of the project





Essentials for Project Manager



  • Significant experience of Business process improvement through applications enablement

  • Delivered transformation projects covering the following;-


    • Process mapping,

    • Process improvement, (Business Processes - not IT)

    • Gap analysis,

    • TOM

    • Financial analysis,

    • Error and Time Process reduction,

    • Introducing quality measures.


  • Highlighting areas for improvement.

  • Embedded Project Process into organisations

  • Waterfall

  • Led workshops



Desirables



  • Participated in vendor selection (approach and response),

  • ERP, CRM, or similar project based experience

  • HR, Finance, Process Improvement

  • Assisted in the early stages of new product implementation.
