Essential skills/requirements below:

Proven 1st line support experience

- Ensuring telephone calls, emails and self-service calls are answered promptly and in a professional manner
- Windows 10
- Office 265
- Cloud
- Strong communicator, flexible, positive attitude   
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team of 6
- Hours: 37.5.

Core hours 8-4 or 9-5 but do need to cover until 19.00.
- 1 in 6 Saturday 9.00-13.00.
