Location - Lichfield, Staffordshire

Duration: 12 weeks from start date 

Our client is looking for an experienced Physiotherapist with experience in Community. 

MUST BE A CAR DRIVER

Key Responsibilities of this position include: 
• Manage own caseload 
• Liaise with other Therapy and Nursing staff to facilitate a safe discharge 
• Monday to Friday 8:30 - 16:30 (5 days/week) 

Skills & experience for this Physiotherapist role:
• Must have HCPC registration
• Previous band 5 or band 6 experience
