SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced German PPC & Display Manager.

In this senior role based in our client's fantastic offices in the centre of Gibraltar, you will be developing and planning all of the PPC & display media buying marketing strategies and activities.

Providing analysis of display & PPC campaign performance.

Along with managing the media buying partners and platforms and training and developing the Display & PPC Executives.

A native level of written German along with at least 3 years in a PPC & Display position within agency or client side, is essential for you to succeed in this role.

What you will be doing:

  • Creating strategies for Paid Social and Display acquisition campaigns that are targeted at on-boarding new players through paid social, display/programmatic/RTB, ad networks & publishers and app marketing partnerships

  • Taking control of the day-to-day running of all Display and PPC accounts, campaign building, keyword development, bid management, ad copy creation, ad, extension and LP testing

  • Managing the platforms used for ad delivery and performing optimisation and performance monitoring

  • Supporting, coaching and providing on-going training and management of junior team members within the App & Display teams

  • Working closely with the Media Buying Manager to ensure all campaigns are aligned for the purposes of retargeting players

The Essentials:

  • 3 years' minimum experience in a PPC & Display role, either agency or in-house

  • Native German speaker with excellent spoken and written English is a must

  • Experienced with the hands-on management of tools for audience purchasing and targeting, ad serving and delivery as well as performance monitoring

  • High level knowledge of Facebook, Native ads, AdWords, Goole Analytics, Bing, Twitter, Premium Display, DSP Media

  • A solid background in aggressively growing new media channels across mobile web and App, with clear demonstration of testing, analysis and ROI optimisation
