Site Manager / Supervisor

SITE MANAGER / SITE SUPERVISOR - FIT OUT / ASSET MANAGEMENT

Our client aspires to be the go to company for both Premium Retail Interior Fit Outs along with centre asset management works.

They partner with Global brands & Centre Operators from their offices in West Bromwich completing works on a nationwide basis.

They are now actively recruiting for a Full Time Site Manager / Supervisor looking to take the next step, you will become a key team member in delivering their planned and continued growth.

You will ideally be located close to their Head Office in the Midlands, the role will involve nationwide travel with a need to work away from home on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities will include;


  • Client Liaison with the end user project teams along with centre operations teams
  • Responsibility to ensure that works are completed to a high standard and to construction details & drawings 
  • Ensuring deadlines are met in accordance with the project programme
  • Site reporting electronically onto our company management system
  • Implementing and monitoring site Health and Safety in accordance with CDM regulation 2015
  • Co-ordination and supervision of site activities including sub contractors
  • Managing deliveries and equipment
  • Delivery of site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Identifying training requirements of self and other team members

Skills / Qualifications:


  • SMSTS / SSSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • IPAF (preferred)
  • PASMA (preferred)
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Experience with managing a multi-trade site
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Basic IT Skills

This will be a salaried role that is negotiable dependent upon experience, an additional yearly discretionary bonus is payable dependent upon the performance of the business, with 28 days holiday entitlement inclusive of Bank Holidays.
