Mertrux is the leading Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van dealership in the East Midlands and we have an opportunity within our New Van Sales department.


Applications are invited for the post of Van Sales Executive for Mertrux Limited.

This is a full time position based within the Mertrux group.


Reporting to the General Van Sales Manager, your main duties will include maintaining the pitch, prospecting, welcoming and engaging customers, CRM, progressing vehicle sales, handing over vehicles and reaching realistic targets.

You will need to develop relationships effortlessly and follow-up with customers, you will be target driven and focused on delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be trained to provide customers with information and advice on New Mercedes-Benz vans, equipment, accessories and other issues.


Previous sales experience is not essential, but preferred.

Training will be given to the right candidate.

We may consider a trainee position for the right person.

Saturday mornings are required to be worked on a rota basis.


You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be a confident communicator.

You need to be honest, enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and respond well to challenging situations.
