Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join their team based at their office in Barnet.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

The role will consist of the following tasks:

  • Supervise and monitor all day-to-day activities
  • Email Management 
  • Ordering of materials for projects
  • Supporting the MD on project Proposals
  • Communicating with clients
  • Booking staff allocations in the company calendar for active projects

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Office management experience
  • Competence with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills

About our Client

The company works in the High End Residential Market where they design and install Smart home Technology, Home cinema rooms, Electrical installations and Security.
