Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.
Services range from advocacy, civil remedies, support in court, individual and group support and access to a range of therapeutic interventions.
All services are client and needs led.
We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our growing and successful organisation within our Sexual Violence Abuse Team.
Job Title: ISVA/CHISVA (Children and Adult Independent Sexual Violence Advocate)
Positions available: 1 full time position
Salary: £19,968- £22,934

We are looking for a qualified ISVA/CHISVA to join the Sexual Violence & Abuse team based in Sandwell.
You will be working with Children, Young People and Adult victims of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working with children, young people and adult victims/survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse, offering one to one emotional and practical support.
We are looking for a qualified ISVA/CHISVA, however, will provide training and support for the right candidate.
You will be required to provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
You will be working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the SARC, Police, Court, Schools, Social Care and local partnership responses to sexual violence and sexual abuse.
