Our client operates in the motor industry and motor finance markets.

Essential Requirements for the Candidate:

  • Motor industry knowledge
  • Skilled and confident in using MS Office, CRM systems and social media
  • You will have confidence when engaging customers on the phone or face to face
  • You will have good written and verbal skills – able to instantly build rapport with people
  • You will be self-motivated, organised and results driven
  • You will have confidence when attending networking and events
  • Passionate – genuine interest in cars and motor vehicles is a must!
  • Offers a consultative approach with customers
  • Can make the customer feel at ease, not pressured or sold at
  • Professional, friendly approach
  • Be caring, attentive, empathic at times
  • Have a willingness to learn – ambitious, driven
  • Keen, enthusiastic, self-motivated
  • Good communications skills – face to face and over the telephone
  • Full Clean Driving Licence

This role will involve developing the core consumer side of the business and assisting customers with their purchases of vehicles. 

Responsibilities and Tasks include:

  • Generating your own leads, looking for new opportunities
  • Making cold/warm calls to new prospective buyers
  • Working to set targets/KPIs
  • Attending business networking and other events
  • Management of the company CRM system
  • Managing customer relationships – ensuring the customer is updated with each stage of the buying process including closing for business
  • Negotiating vehicle purchases

Salary / Package / Working Hours:

  • £19,000 - £22,000, OTE £30-£37K
  • Car after probationary period of 6 months
  • Pension scheme and a friends and family discount scheme.

    Business fuel/mileage is also paid for
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.

    Holiday: 21 days plus bank holidays
