Job Title: Data Quality Manager
Reporting To: Head of Data
Location: Wilmslow/Remote - Flexible Working 4 Days/Full-Time
Hours of Work: 09:00 - 17:30 or in line with business needs
As we embark on the next phase of our data journey, we want to be less reactive to data quality issues and more proactive in effectively preventing the challenges that poor data quality can present.
Critical to our growth ambition is good quality data, as such, an exciting opportunity has arisen across the Citation Group for a Data Quality Manager.
Accountable for data quality across the Citation Group, you will identify and implement metrics that give us a clear view of the quality of our data, and how and where we can improve it.
You will need to build strong partnerships with all stakeholders across the Citation Group and build a data quality programme.
You will work in collaboration with stakeholders to build a data quality framework, enabling you to identify and allocate the appropriate resources and improve the skills, technology, and processes required to implement your data quality programme.
Great data quality is critical to our data science aspirations and is a fundamental building block across all areas of the Citation Group from campaigning through to service delivery.
You will be the data management expert, engaging with leadership and other key stakeholders to drive adoption of good data management practises across the Group
We are looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up and ‘dig in' with the rest of the team.
In addition, the successful candidate should have:
, Broad experience and a proven track record of managing data and processes with CRM technologies is essential
, Strong knowledge of Salesforce and how data is brought into Salesforce in terms of both business and technology processes, ensuring data quality best practises are adhered to
, Ability to maintain relationships with all data users, actively driving engagement, adoption and usage and providing processes, training and support to ensure data quality standards are maintained
, Implemented data quality frameworks that can measure the quality and accuracy of data throughout the business
, Experience of identifying and implementing tools that can monitor data quality and ensure focus is provided on areas critical to the business
, Extensive experience in managing critical issues and significant risks around data quality
Education & Experience:
, You will be the primary advocate for good data management, utilising great communications and persuasion skills across multiple stakeholders to ensure data quality standards are met
, Experience in defining and implementing a clear consistent approach to the management and tagging of metadata
, Experience in data quality monitoring such as the adherence to business rules, data profiling and issue resolution workflow
, Understanding and experience of data protection and the impacts this has on data quality
