Practitioner - Part Time
The overall purpose of the role is:
You will be supporting disabled young people attending our Wednesday Young People's Group.
Planning and supporting the young people to access fun and creative activities which support the 5 Ways to Well Being approach.
Co-developing services with the children, young people and their families, ensuring that their views and expertise shape services and evaluate them.
Ensure effective management of safeguarding issues and adherence to safeguarding policy and procedures.
To actively promote and develop the services.
This is a part-time role with 3.5 hours per week on a Wednesday.
