Cloud Support Engineer – AWS - Flexible remote working

This is a brand new role dedicated to supporting our cloud-based tech platform, and a juicy challenge for a Cloud Support Specialist that loves all things Agile.  

Working with our DevOps and Client Support teams to resolve and prevent technical and application system issues; as our first team member dedicated to Application Support, you will make a huge impact on roadmap productivity and client experience.

About the tech team:

Our tech team is focused on a wide range of technical projects; from providing support for our eCommerce fulfilment services, through to building neat new features that make our clients love what we do. 

With a core focus on API management and cloud systems, our high standards mean we are looking to challenge the industry and create better solutions beyond the status quo.

About you:

• Experience working in a cloud based application support role
• Great interpersonal skills 
• Experience working with AWS and general cloud knowledge, e.g.
  
  S3 , EC2 &  VPC
• Knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualisation
• Linux /Unix command line capability and scripting knowledge
• Experience  interrogating log files and monitoring systems and SLA’s 
• Proven experience managing  API driven software 
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps concepts
