Our client is looking for an awesome individual to join their family as Executive Assistant to the Founder and Director, essentially their Head of HQ - and become part of a business that is transforming new and aspiring leaders across the country.

Hours are flexible but our client needs around 20 hours a week of your time, which can be worked flexibly (e.g.

around school hours) and for now, 100% virtually (moving to a hybrid model post lockdown).

Your role as Executive Assistant 

Our client lives by a human first philosophy, the power of kindness, keeping it real and bringing joy wherever they can.

As Executive Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Organising the founder (and keeping her in check!)
  • Supporting the founder with client planning, communication and management 
  • Managing relationships with other partners and stakeholders
  • Creative writing (for website, emailers, social media and more)
  • Sales support (e.g.

    liaising with prospects and maintaining a CRM system)
  • Marketing support (e.g.

    emailers, social media posts, organising and attending events)
  • Document creation, formatting or fairy-dusting
  • Research support around key issues, trends and clients (plus market research)
  • Financial management support including invoicing and expenses tracking
  • Keeping track of key performance indicators (and a finger on the pulse of what’s trending in leadership and business) 
  • Thinking of fresh ideas to bring joy to clients, the network and wider community
