What we are looking for

We are seeking an agile and entrepreneurial leader with strong people leadership, commercial acumen, payments experience and a proven track record in delivering a successful, results-focused, high performing sales and marketing teams.

As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for sourcing, developing and managing strategic alliances with key customers.

Through collaboration with the team, you will be responsible for innovating, using your deep understanding of our sector, market, technology needs and expertise of customer requirements to extend EML's value proposition., delivery strategic business proposals that drive the business forward.?

You will lead a team who will develop and grow EML's extensive portfolio of clients across Europe, which range from Start-ups to Governments.

You will be responsible for supporting the development of both new and existing clients across a number of products including solutions for challenger banks, for employee engagement, for Government grant administration and other agencies and corporates to disburse funds, for companies such as shopping centres and marketing companies to build brand loyalty.

What you'll do

, Drive the performance of the Business Development team in Europe to ensure they meet annual sales targets, including managing the sales process via the EML CRM system.

, Manage the performance and growth of the Perx brand and business across Europe.

, Develop new strategic alliances to expand and drive market penetration.

, Leading sales proposal process for target customers and negotiating contracts.

, Identify key stakeholders within target customers, becoming familiar with customer objectives, aligning EML's capabilities where mutually beneficial.

, Collaborate with the technical development team on customer requirements, deliverables and priorities.

, Act as the primary contact for EML for clients and continue to identify opportunities to expand the relationships with existing customers.

, Support product demonstrations and represent EML at industry events.

, You will fully own our pricing role and be ultimately responsible for final commercials to all our clients.

You must have excellent knowledge of pricing models, tendering processes and client negotiations.

, Developing and execute strategies for targeting strategic sectors and regions for EML.

, Working alongside the Innovation/Product team to develop market-leading propositions for prospective partners.

, Keeping abreast of regulation, payments innovation, scheme rules and fees and industry updates.

, With responsibility for the Marketing team for Europe, you will oversee and drive marketing plans to ensure they support EML revenue growth as well as the growth of our existing client base and acquisition of new clients.

, You will drive the plan for growing the EML brand and image and will oversee the execution of targeted marketing and marketing communications programs that include but are not limited to demand generation email campaigns, PR, field events, user events, industry events, webinars, web presence, and digital marketing.

, Key is also the management and development of our website and other branding materials.

What you'll have

, Extensive knowledge of the payments sector
, Experience developing new and existing customer/partner relationships, delivering strategic proposals and negotiating contracts.

, Proven leadership skills and success in managing and driving high performing sales and marketing teams.
