I am currently working with a long standing Regional Contractor based in the West Midlands that have a solid reputation for project delivery in the Building arena which has been developed over the last fifty years.

Typically, they have built their business in delivering schemes in the; Industrial, Distribution, Commercial, Retail, Care & Fit-Out sectors.

Schemes tend to range from £200k up to £30m.

The business have a number of key long standing relationships with clients that give them repeat business and contribute masively towards their healthy order book.

I am working with their Commercial Manager as he is looking to strengthen his team, with the addition of a 'Quantity Surveyor' who can focus on Sub-Contract package management.

Ideally, the perfect candidate will have experience in the Industrial sector with experience managing groundworks packages.

A great opportunity to join a stable and well respected regional contractor.
