SaaS Head of Sales

Role: SaaS Head of Sales 
Location: Remote
Reports to: CEO

Growing SaaS start up within the recruitment software industry. 

Job Overview: 
The Head of Sales defines, articulates and implements the organisation's vision and strategy for direct and indirect selling of products and/or services.

He/She develops sales forecasts, budget and manpower plans; and focuses on executing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve revenue or sales targets.

He/she advises on the formulation of strategies to secure technical wins, as well as to increase client retention and lifetime value.

Pursue key sales prospects, negotiates and constructs appropriate terms of sales.

They delivers presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

Design, develop and implement operating policies.

Key Tasks: 

- Establish and execute Sales Strategy 
- Develop Business Opportunities 
- Convert Sales opportunities to client accounts 
- Manage people and organisation
- Recruit and develop sales team 
- Diversify into new markets 

Must have experience: 

- Proven background in senior SaaS sales 
- Full sales cycle competency 
- Experience devising and executing sales strategy 

Desirable Experience: 

- RecTech / recruitment software sales 
- Senior HR SaaS sales 
- Selling into agencies small -> large 
- Sales leadership (management of a team)
