Central London 

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience  

Full Time – Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Benefits include 25 days holiday and private healthcare

Our client is a listed Property Company, focused on leasing and managing industrial properties in the Greater London area.

They pride themselves on providing exceptional service levels to their customers and are seeking an Administration Manager to join their team.

Due to the pandemic, all staff are mostly working from home at present and will continue with flexible arrangements until they are able to return to the office, based in Central London (W1).

The main duties/responsibilities for this role include:


  • Preparing materials for regular board meetings, including agendas, board minutes and presentations
  • Dealing with the execution, tracking and completion of documents
  • Creating and maintaining an inventory of records and managing information on existing databases
  • Liaising with associated companies within the Group and external service providers
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports on both MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Arranging meetings, including sending the appropriate invites and monitoring responses
  • Managing our internal database of lease documents.

You will have the desire, confidence and ability to take responsibility for various project and tasks, ensuring they are completed professionally within appropriate deadlines.

Essential Skills required:


  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and organisation skills
  • First rate service skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • The ability to use own initiative
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude to work
