Automotive Bodyshop Controller / Manager required in Harlow, Essex

Salary: Basic salary negotiable on experience, up to £45,000 OTE
Term: Permanent

Our client, an independent dealership, are looking for a Bodyshop Controller to join their busy team.

They are looking for someone with strong experience in finishing and repairs who can set a great example for the rest of the team.

This will be a hands on role where your work will be split between carrying out repairs and overseeing the smooth running of the bodyshop.

Typical duties of Bodyshop Controller include:



*Overseeing the bodyshop and organising the work schedule for the team


*Liaising with suppliers to ensure bodyshop stock is maintained


*Demonstrating a high standard of vehicle body repair and painting

Requirements for the role of Bodyshop Controller:



*A strong background in bodyshop paint and repair


*A team-player mindset, who is able to lead by setting an example


*ATA accreditation would be beneficial
