We are looking for an experienced knowledgeable fee-earner (2+ years PQE) Solicitor or CILEx who is able to provide support and legal advice to clients in these areas:

, Wills - Living Wills, Statutory Wills
, Lasting Powers of Attorney - preparing Powers of Attorney and undertaking Court of Protection work, dealing with
the finances and (if appropriate) making an application for relevant benefits, administration of trusts.
, Administration of Estate - estate and tax planning (using Wills, trusts and lifetime giving)
, Deputyship Applications
, Management of Affairs
, Declarations of Trust
, Assisting clients with information on home care, preserving assets in the event of long-term residential or nursing care, care home contracts.

All of our team in Private Client have completed Dementia Friends training; we also encourage individuals to be Solicitors for the Elderly, therefore You will need an empathetic approach, always working towards developing a practical and straightforward solution for clients.

In addition to the salary, you can expect to receive holiday entitlement starting at 25 days per annum and increases (after 2 full years) by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days.

Private Healthcare cover is offered to all staff after a 3-month probation period.

Auto-enrolment pension with Legal & General (4% employee contribution, 4% employer contribution).
