Senior Sales Executive

We are a rapidly growing, long established, multi-product business based in South Oxfordshire that is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive.

The objective of this role will be to positively contribute towards the growth of the business by fostering and developing relationships with clients and business partners such as Architects, Landscapers, Construction companies, Trade and Property companies, as well as through direct client relationships.

As a Senior Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and following up on new project sales leads and identifying new business opportunities and areas of growth
  • Creating and delivering successful sales pitches in order to generate new project opportunities and raise client awareness of the services and capabilities of the business
  • Building and effectively managing a sales pipeline which positively delivers year on year growth in line with personal and company turnover and gross profit targets
  • Accurate sales forecasting and analysis reporting to the Managing Director
  • Client and business partner liaison
  • Managing inbound client enquiries
  • Ensuring all documentation is compiled, reviewed and/or updated correctly follows business processes and procedures

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Excellent attention to detail and be technically astute
  • Methodical and logical approach to work and the delivery of consistent results
  • Be proactive and above the line
  • Ability to think strategically and to benefit the business
  • Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritise accordingly
  • Excellence in customer service, face to face, over the telephone and written
  • Strong team building ability demonstrating a willingness to work and participate within a close-knit team as a team player and a team leader
  • Ability to communicate effectively via various means with all levels within the organisation
  • Ability to deliver under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Focussed and hardworking to achieve the results
  • Highly driven with a hunger for success, and desire to hit company targets
  • Extremely organised and self-motivated
  • IT literate with knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Word and CRM systems

This role is a permanent, full-time role working 07.30 – 17.00 Monday-Friday and every 3rd Saturday (Nov-Feb 9-1pm, Mar–Nov 9-4pm).

In return, the Senior Sales Executive will receive a negotiable salary of £27,000 - £30,000 plus team bonus (OTE £40k) and pension scheme, on-site parking and staff discount.
