Digital Marketing Manager / Creative Director

Bradwell Maintenace, a Manchester based property maintenance company who operate through the whole of Greater Manchester, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager / Creative Director to join their team based at their Tameside office.

The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director.

Job Purpose

To manage the creation and growth of a digital media agency, working with clients to promote, market and advertise their business across all social media platforms, maximising ROI.

To mentor a new digital media team using your experience and skills to develop potential.

To create a solid brand identity within the Group.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Recruit, Develop and Manage the Team
  • Redesign Internal Brands, use them as case studies and create the client proposition 
  • Grow the business through external clients

Administration:

All staff are expected to carry out general administration duties in line with their job.

This includes:


  • Answering the telephone, taking and relaying messages as necessary
  • Generation of Data
  • General office duties, any other administration needs required to support the role

General Office Duties:


  • As duties and responsibilities change, the job description will be reviewed and amended in consultation with the Post-holder
  • The Post-holder will be expected to carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as required by the company
  • The Post-holder will ensure that they understand and act in compliance with all company policies and procedures including those detailed in the Employment Handbook, Quality Policy and Health and Safety Policy
  • The Post-holder will, at all times act in accordance with Fire and Health & Safety Regulations

Qualifications:


  • Educated to graduate level or equivalent

Experience:


  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a digital media role
  • Extensive experience of setting up and reviewing paid adverts across Google, Bing and social media
  • Solid experience of marketing through social media, creating e-mailshots/newsletters
  • Experience of managing a small team

Knowledge:

The candidate must be fully conversant with and able to demonstrate;


  • WordPress and use of plugins and add-ons
  • SEO and web traffic metrics (including Google Analytics)
  • PPC (Pay Per Click)
  • Content marketing (writing/copy)
  • Google/Bing/Facebook advertising
  • Pixel Tracking
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to buy domains and add to hosting package
  • Ability to be able to outsource simple tasks to maximise return on investment/resource
  • Creating social media accounts, get followers & engagement (manage social media campaigns)
  • Create Customer Audits & identify opportunities for our services in basis/medium/advanced levels – get to page 1 results on Google
  • Key word management
  • Land pages creation & expertise
  • Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
