Administrative Support, Therapeutic Services

Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.

Services range from advocacy, civil remedies, support in court, individual and group support and access to a range of therapeutic interventions.

All services are client and needs led.

We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our growing and successful organisation within our Sexual Violence Services, to include Therapeutic Services, our internal (BCWA) counselling service.

Positions Available: 1 Full time position

Salary: £19,968

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of effective and efficient administrative support to Therapeutic Services.

The role includes a wide variety of routine and non-routine duties, to include but not limited to, managing all referrals, booking in counselling sessions, allocating clients to counsellors, managing regional waitlists across the Black Country, answering queries in relation to Therapeutic Services, maintaining effective clerical systems, data inputting, tracking counsellors weekly activity, production of reports, photocopying, recording minutes of meetings, closure of sessions, archiving and filing.

You will be required to provide high-quality and accurate administrative support where attention to detail and accuracy are vital.

Working with victims of sexual violence and sexual abuse within a multi-agency framework consisting of but not limited to; The Adult Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) & Paediatric SARC as part of the regional partnership responses to sexual violence and sexual abuse.
