A highly skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Executive who will be targeted to scale-up and drive our paid search and SEO marketing activity.

You will be the go-to person for data analysis and insights that will contribute to the company's strong growth strategies.

This is an exciting and new opportunity to play a key role in the strategy, day-to-day management and hands-on optimisation of search channels, in order to drive performance in line with Return on Investment (ROI) targets.

Main Responsibilities will include:


  • The day to day management of Paid Search/Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns includes account setup, keywords selection and expansion, audience segmentations, negative keyword governance, website and category exclusions, ad creative and landing page revisions
  • Trend and pattern analysis used to fine tune marketing activities for optimal performance
  • To create Paid Search and Display campaigns and activities across appropriate channels
  • Optimise live campaigns including, bid adjustment, A/B testing, keyword development and landing page optimisation.

    Constantly tweaking and improving to achieve growth
  • Test and measure PPC campaign performance, based on a number of KPI targets including CTR, CPC, CPL and conversion rates
  • Conduct SEO and search rankings analysis, back linking, competitor SEO benchmarking, search terms, and build planned development to improve website content
  • Keep up to date with all industry best practices and tools
  • Build and maintain a suite of dashboards and reports to track marketing performance
  • Create and manage content marketing strategies, social media presences and internal marketing campaigns

Ideal Experience:


  • A successful track record in performance marketing from building strategies to effective implementation and reporting.

    (especially paid search and SEO)
  • In-depth knowledge of the paid search marketing, tools, vendors, and a thirst for staying up to date with the latest developments
  • Knowledge of paid search engine advertising tools (Google, Bing, Yahoo) and bid management systems
  • Experience using PPC/SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Pagespeed Insights, AccuRanker, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush
  • Good understanding of marketing analytics with experience converting data into actionable insights
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data and identifying trends
  • Experience using WordPress and have a good understanding of HTML
  • Experienced in creating reports/dashboards
