Office Administrator

An opportunity for an Office Administrator to work for an established sign manufacturer.  

Our client, need all round help in their very busy office.

You will have good computer skills, precise data entry, good spelling ability, an aptitude for figures and be proficient in the use of spreadsheet and mail merge programs.

Knowledge of drawing programs and photo editing would be useful.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Duties involve, database entry, preparing quotations, account management, preparing spreadsheets, using drawing software as well as updating and improving Health and Safety operations.

  

Some work may be required on the manufacturing side of the company, such as helping to paint, pack and despatch signs, purchase order equipment and other general workshop duties.

Note: Own car for transport is necessary as there is no public transport in our village.

 They make signs for councils, builders, architects, schools and much more.
