Do you have great communication and engagement skills, and an ability to work creatively and collaboratively?  Our Housing First service is an innovative approach to supporting homeless people with high needs and histories of entrenched or repeat homelessness to live in their own homes. 

We have a role for a Tenancy Support Worker who will help customers set up and settle into their new home, using the personal budget to furnish the property, get utilities in place and make sure benefits and rent payments are in place.  They will help the customer with budgeting, and support them to understand their tenancy agreement and be a good neighbour.

Monday – Sunday, flexible to meet customer needs
