Hours: Normal hours of work are 37-39.5 hours a week, Daytime, Monday to Friday.

Steelcraft Ltd has been trading for over 30 years.
They manufacture and fit a range of mild and stainless steel architectural metalwork (railings, gates, balustrade, handrail, and balconies).
Its main customers are main contractors and housebuilders in the north east of England.
A new role has been created for a full-time Contracts Manager [CM].
The CM will use telephone, email and face-to-face meetings on site to contact, liaise and build relationships with key customer personnel including site agents, construction managers and quantity surveyors.
The CM would be central to communication between customers and Steelcraft including organising surveys, deliveries and installation bookings.
The role is mobile and involves travelling to sites so the successful candidate would be supplied with a vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop or tablet to enable you to carry out your role.
The CM would be expected to:
, Act as main point of contact for customers.
, Represent the company and uphold our core values of quality, service and collaboration.
, Help to manage around 100 live contracts.
, Maintain paper and electronic records relating to their discussions.
, Be commercially aware and recognise deviations from quoted / contracted agreements.
, Work closely with our Technical and Operations teams to achieve customer goals and to efficiently schedule work.
, Handle incoming snags and complaints, working with the team to resolve and achieve customer satisfaction.
, Attend and contribute to regular internal meetings.
, Conduct site measures and surveys.
, Follow up on finished work with visual quality checks.
