Tipper Driver / Stores Assistant

Our client is a local building firm which has grown quickly over the last 5 ½ years, and they are now looking to recruit Tipper Driver / Stores Assistant to assist their ever growing team.

The Business started out with two local Tradesman deciding to start a construction busines which could offer their clients a complete service.

They are a friendly hardworking team, who pride themselves on their excellent workmanship and great relationship with staff, clients, suppliers and alike.

A Tipper Driver / Stores Assistant position with them offers the opportunity to work along side and assist many different trades, so this role will require you to work well with other. 

Key Responsibilities:

Though your main roles will be as the Tipper Driver/Stores assistant, you may on occasion be required to help trades on site.

PPE will be supplied and must always be worn.

You must have attention to detail, be well organised and be confident with numbers.

Your main duties will be as follows, but not limited too.

• Communicating with Line Manager
• Collecting and delivering Matials from various suppliers and Sites
• Collecting and disposing of site waste 
• Logging all waste 
• Booking tools in and out
• Book materials in and out of the stores
• Responsible for keeping the yard clean and organised
• Moving plant from site to site
• Matching deliveries to orders

Salary: £10-12 per hour

Full UK Drivers Licence required
