Peak Telecom are looking for a new person to join their busy telecoms team based in Bromley, Kent.  The key responsibilities will be to offer excellent first line support for both technical and general enquiries.

This includes IT support, mobile account management and Hosted Telephony.

The right candidate should have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word and Excel) and be willing to learn new technical skills as well as use of online portals and in-house databases.

Experience not essential as full training will be given, they are just looking for the right person to join their great team!

Support Team Member Responsibilities

·         The first line support for both telephone calls and e-mails received which will be of both technical and general subjects.  If required, then allocate jobs to 2nd/3rd line support and monitor their progress.

·         Mobile account administration, managing Customer databases and producing and issuing monthly reports for key Customers.

·         Liaising with suppliers for the purchase of products, ensuring competitive pricing and timely deliveries for projects.

·         Configuring and supporting cloud telephony solutions, dealing with on-desk handsets, mobile apps and headsets, as well as managing call routing systems.

·         Configuring customer networks for different types of connectivity, providing ongoing management and support.

·         Providing support for IT related questions and faults, and assistance with new IT systems.

·         Proactive research into new systems and products.

·         Attending regular meetings on Teams.

Support Team Member Requirements

·         Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner and be able to relay technical information to non-technical users.

·         Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

·         Follow company ethos and be part of our great team.

·         Proactive and willing to learn.

·         Ability to work independently and good time management.


Full time role preferred, but flexible working hours/days and the option of working from home is available.

Salary – dependent on experience.

Office based in Bromley, Kent but currently working from home.
