Field Service Technician (Trainee)

A fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Technician (Trainee) has arisen with our client, Filtered Water Coolers one of the UK's premier water cooler and vending providers with some ludicrously exciting projects.

About the Role 

Your planned task driven role will show the customers how much you care about them and the level of service you deliver will work with these happy customers, who will potentially order more times during the year leading to faster growth within the role.

Every day you will need to reach maximum performance and if this continues this will lead to opportunities of being a team leader and the management promotion.

Reporting directly to the Operations Team Manager, you will need to be professional, great communicator and your priority will be satisfying all customer's needs. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 


  • Servicing all mains fed water coolers & hot taps
  • Servicing B2C coffee/ vending machines
  • Managing new client installations
  • Attending calls outs
  • Spare part ordering-management of minimum stocks
  • Building strong relationships with all key customers

Salary & Other details: 


  • Starting Salary: £19,000-£23,500.00 per year 
  • Flexible Working hours are 40- hours per week - Monday to Friday to suit customers' needs 
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
