Small Works Contracts Manager

Our client is looking to add a Small Works Contracts Manager to their ever growing team.

The job will require a personal commitment, to work in a growing friendly business and the candidate will need to be ready to continually improve themselves the systems and processes.

Their appointment will be central to the continued growth and development of the business and will offer you an excellent opportunity to be closely involved in its long term success.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of site staff, suppliers and sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis
  • Be able to set up and manage multiple sites from commencement to completion
  • Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
  • Manage and implement the company obligations under the health and safety at work act
  • Implement and enforce all company procedures

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Integrate and work in a small but ever growing business
  • Excellent man-management skills
  • Strong ability and knowledge of managing Health and Safety in the construction industry
  • IT literate with word, Excel and Outlook
  • Smartsheet knowledge would be a plus
