We currently have an exciting opportunity based in Hull to work in the substance misuse recovery communities across the East Riding of Yorkshire.
The post holder will manage a caseload of low risk/non-complex substance misuse service users, providing structured key working, psychosocial based interventions, assessment, referral and advice.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience within the Substance Misuse field and a Level 3 Qualification in Drug & Alcohol or Health and Social Care or equivalent.
The ability to travel effectively across the geographical area in a timely manner is desirable.
We offer the ASYE program to newly qualified Social Workers.
