Internal Sales

Internal Sales (office and work from home - Full and part time positions available!).

As a new Internal Sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting all prospect leads and creating sales opportunities for their Sales Consultants.

You will have a positive, enthusiastic and pro-active attitude and have the ability to communicate effectively to quickly build relationships leading to increased sales.

You will prepare quotes for their Sales Consultants and maintain effective and accurate record systems. 

Duties and Responsibilities will involve:

  • Following up on existing leads 
  • Following up on new leads 
  • Contacting existing customers to cross sell and promote new products and service
  • Contacting prospects including online and at physical events
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates 
  • Creating and preparing quotes 
  • Database management (CRM)
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Liaising and supporting with other internal teams 

Key Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:


  • Qualifications: English Language GCSE  / A’ level
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year previous experience in the same or similar sales role  


  • Knowledge - Software Sales Processes  
  • Experience within the HR and Payroll Industry
  • Technical / Software knowledge an advantage but not essential

  • Ability to focus on specific sales and profit goals
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Best Sales practice is required at all times in the following areas:

  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to create a sales opportunity / lead
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Cold and warm calling activity to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
