Viewing Agent

Viewing Agents required Durham and Manchester (may involve UK travel)

Based in Greater Manchester, we are a long- established UK investment property sourcing company with the majority of clients from overseas.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated individual who will report to the Head of the Company.

The successful candidate will work remotely, representing the Company liaising with local clients, agents and third parties to view and promote properties for rental.

Your Responsibilities will include.


  • Attending arranged property viewings for investment clients to visit and perform data collection to produce a sales brochure and video of the property for potential clients
  • While viewing properties identifying all potential repairs needed to the property to bring it to a rental standard
  • Liaising with estate agents to ensure smooth viewings process and to discuss vendor position and potential sales price.
  • Building relationships with local agents to improve the flow of properties to the company.

    This will include a rental assessment
  • Building rapport with homeowners/vendors to assess their position and ensure the best price and position for our clients is attained
  • Close liaison with administration team in the office, responding quickly to their requests
  • Will attend properties selected (occasionally role will have to select properties themselves) and provide a list of data for the viewing
  • Occasionally applicants will be required to produce the sales brochure (training will be given).

    Usually this will be produced by the office
  • Viewing data will include research on the area, photos, video and interaction with the sales agent
  • Applicant will be required to create a video for each property that meets client criteria (training will be given).

    General information videos of the areas/towns will also need to be produced
  • Liaising and locating local tradesmen to attend to repairs as needed
  • Prompt transfer of data to the office with all required data

Key Skills & Experience:

You will ideally have a minimum of one years’ experience in estate agency role.

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be driven, with a high degree of self-organisation and will possess the ability to work remotely and independently.

The office is based in Manchester so the successful candidate will work mostly on their own with remote support.

You will be smart and well- presented representing the Company in a professional manner.

Benefits:

  • £18K - £20K depending on experience
  • Minimum 40 hours per week (usually 37.5 hours Monday – Friday with 2.5 flexible working on a Saturday)
