So, what will your duties and responsibilities be?

• Supporting/resourcing candidates for our Consultants


• Sourcing and locating potential candidates through social media and through a database


• Registering and screening candidates over the phone


• Understand candidates' situations and needs


• Working with our team of consultants


• Advertise jobs on social media and job boards

What we need from you.

• The ability to work within a fast paced environment!


• You must be confident on the phone


• Organised


• Previous experience in a sales/telesales/call centre environment beneficial


• Basic IT Skills - Ability to use (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)


• It will be advantageous to have transport (due to location of office and potential growth of role)


• A self-motivated and dedicated disposition
