Amazon DSP Advertising Manager

Our UK-based client is looking for an Advertising Manager with at least one year’s hands on experience running programmatic campaigns on the Amazon DSP to join their tight-knit team.

You would be working for some of the UK’s best-loved brands, helping to grow their businesses on Amazon.

Our client is a full-service Amazon agency providing listing, catalogue, commercial and inbound support to a variety of clients both within the UK and across Europe, the USA, Australia, India and Japan.

Duties will include the planning, creation, execution, optimisation and reporting of DSP campaigns for clients to agreed budgets.

This role sits within the advertising team and may also include helping  colleagues managing Sponsored Ad campaigns from time to time, together with sell-in support to clients.

Desired Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:


  • At least one year’s experience creating and managing campaigns on the Amazon DSP
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • A straight-talking approach
  • A curiosity about how advertising on Amazon connects with the other elements of demand generation to grow the sales line
  • The ability to work in a team comprised of people with different skills and abilities to achieve desired results
  • The ability to communicate both plans and results clearly and straightforwardly to the end client

Desired Qualifications:


  • Educated to degree level

Salary and other Benefits:


  • Salary is dependent on experience, but this is a key hire for the client who are willing to pay competitively for the right applicant.
  • The holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December.  Annual holiday entitlement is 33 days (inclusive of bank/public holidays) in the complete holiday year

Job Details:


  • Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am to 3pm(GMT/BST) but would consider Part Time for the right candidate
  • Job location is flexible dependent on the experience of the applicant.

    Short term during the pandemic, the team are all working from home
