Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executive (PR & Social) 

Reporting To: Head of PR & Communications 

About the Role

To support the Directors in driving growth of Digital Glue to over £1m Gross Profit by 2023, by consistently delivering outstanding levels of service to clients, and committing to learning and getting better through weekly learning objectives to progress in your role at Digital Glue.  

Key Responsibilities:


  • To deliver outstanding levels of customer service to clients, ensuring that the KPIs you are responsible for are met or exceeded, all agreed deadlines are achieved, you contribute at least one new idea which will help your clients achieve their objectives per quarter and the clients you work on to give customer service ratings of 4.5 or above 
  • To deliver at least 3x your cost to the business in profitable client delivery each month 
  • To commit to learning and getting better through the achievement of weekly learning objectives, to be defined with your line manager  
  • To complete all work to a ‘client ready’ standard before submitting for internal review (i.e.

    proofread thoroughly to avoid any spelling and grammar errors)

  • Have an analytical eye and be able to draw insightful conclusions from data to measure the success of PR and social media campaigns

  • Be able to stay calm under pressure 
  • Be able to identify and come up with solutions to problems
