Executive Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with administration, client management and communication experience to join our team at Illuminate as Executive Assistant to the Director and office support to our training team.

Your role will be vital in enabling us to positively influence even more organisations in the area of mental wellbeing and to drive the business forward.  

If you are after a varied role where you will have the opportunity to manage, create, research, meet, write and above all, influence and shape an organisation as it grows, then this is the role for you. 

The hours are flexible and initially we will be looking for between 16 to 20 hours of your time per week Monday to Friday.

These can be worked around other commitments e.g.

within school hours and for now will be 100% work from home with a view to regular meetups after lockdown.

As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:


  • Supporting the Director with client management and administrative duties 
  • Supporting the training team with workshop organisation and feedback collation
  • Creative writing for website, emails, and social media
  • Document creation, proofreading and formatting
  • Marketing management – organising and attending networking events, emails & posts
  • Financial management, strategy and forecasting to keep us in check 
  • Research and development to keep us fresh and up to date in the world of wellbeing
