Office Administrator

You would become an integral part of our growing team, responsible for organising and carrying out key office systems and processes that underpin our operations.

You would establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with site teams and clients that encourage greater engagement. 

The role is part time and requires someone to work 30 hours per week Mon-Fri based at our Head Office in Bradley Stoke. 

The job

Reporting to a director and supporting the operational team, duties are varied and will include a wide range of regular processes as well as ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Duties will include

  • Using our business systems to organise hand over packs for clients, track and order materials, create invoices, input transaction data and process time sheets
  • Co-ordinating project extras to include pricing, circulation and scheduling
  • Sending out tender enquiries/quotations and following up responses 
  • Working with customers and operational teams ie logging and booking in engineer visits, liaising with customers verbally and in writing
  • Updating of the website and social media platforms.

The right candidate will possess:

  • Solid administration experience gained throughout their career
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A can-do attitude, accuracy and pays attention to detail
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the construction sector is preferred
  • Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Excel and Word with graphic packages and social media being advantageous
