At the heart of this is their client’s team, whose sole goal is to help drive and de-risk the required transformation.

They help brands eliminate costly errors made when making technology decisions that do not align with delivering on CLV and insert people into the mix to fill gaps that exist between MarTech and AdTech.

About the Role:

You will fundamentally be the 'right hand' of the CEO and CCO, and will be taking on the majority of internal duties across ensuring world-class external and internal service delivery.

Providing the foundation to enable the CEO to ensure The Company continues to evolve against its Revenue and EBITDA growth targets, whilst underpinning the CCO and The Company’s client(s) through an evolving set of work streams which are required to deliver on agreed upon business goals or desired end state.

We produce high quality work, at pace – often in demanding and challenging environments. 

Key Responsibilities:

Note: This role is unlikely to be suitable for someone who needs a large team to produce great work at pace.

You will be expected to have the capability and desire to undertake many of your duties yourself. 

  • In this role you will be leading on the embedding of strong governance and processes for the whole portfolio of client projects, programmes and change.

    You will be working on a mixture of back office transformation, customer-facing initiatives and new ideas
  • Consulting Services Lead: Be responsible for a portfolio or project managers, change management consultants and 3rd party contractors in order to support the CEO and CCO in scaling out our two client engagement models (Redefining Programmatic and Strategic Data-Driven Transformation)
  • PMO: You would be responsible for designing and delivering a best in class PMO with the appropriate KPI’s and governance streams in place
  • Business Operations: Overseeing financial reporting of multiple client workstreams, establishing utilization, billing and task based initiatives to measure individual client and broader business.


    Ensure continuous improvement of reporting, resourcing and financial management tools
  • Governance: Ensure internal meetings are short, sharp, and well prepared
  • Resourcing: Drive the project staffing and resource planning.

    Owning the end-to-end recruitment process.

    Supporting on-boarding of employees and contractors
  • Business and Commercial Operations: You will own the relationships with our consulting services suppliers (e.g.

    Data, Technology Vendors etc) and liaise with accounting teams on these matters in order to free up the CEO’s time

About You:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience as working in a start-up or equivalent fast paced business, with responsibilities covering PMO, change management and operations 
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to deliver at pace 
  • Previous experience of working in consulting is mandatory 
  • Experience of working at a senior level, the ability to make a good business case, and get cross team buy in 
  • An excellent relationship builder, with great communication and people skills (being a “people person” is an absolute must) 
  • Strong problem solving skills – breaking problems down into components and driving incremental change 
  • The right candidate will be brilliant fun, an awesome human, highly self directed, highly intuitive, with an ability to operate on "a quarter of an instruction" that borders on mind reading
  • Familiarity with common project and change management methodologies, such as waterfall, agile and ADKAR 
  • Occasional travel required and will be driven by client locations
