Sales Administrator

We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator.

The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast paced environment, dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone as well as undertaking administrative tasks, spreadsheets, diary management etc.

We are looking for positive people with a can do attitude, good problem solving skills who are eager to learn and want to continually improve their skills, highly organised and able to work well by themselves or as part of our friendly admin team.

Primary Duties: 


  • Dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone
  • Booking surveys and fittings
  • Diary Management
  • Stock Control
  • Preparing sales data
  • Data inputting for stock control
  • Keeping on top of social media enquiries

Key Requirements:


  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Office
  • Good knowledge of Social Media
  • Sales experience
  • Professional telephone manner

Other Job Details:


  • This is a full time, permanent position
  • Normal working hours would be Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
  • No working weekends 
  • Bank Holidays
  • Christmas Shutdown
