THE PREMISE:

You will be overseeing and identifying the legal issues for the operation of a digital business media platform aimed at inspiring and enabling Gen-Z to get more out of their services, products and/or businesses.

The platform is designed to engage and excite a community of dreamers, visionaries, and entrepreneurs, who sometimes have nothing more than an idea to share with the world.


If you believe that you can work closely with the business, providing legal advice and guidance, to include leading on all IP related issues, ad-hoc support on privacy issues and any other legal or compliance issues, we would love to hear from you today.

Your prior IP experience (to include copyright, trademarks and licensing) and your early identification, advice, and suggested resolution of legal risk will be of major importance to the brand.

THE BASICS:

As CLO / Head of Legal Affairs, you will come with a focus on technology, finance and commercial law, and if you have demonstrable prior experience of managing IP matters, advising on UK (and EU and US laws), and GDPR supporting the roll out of innovative fintech initiatives and products we would like to hear from you today.

If you are a high-level leader who is comfortable taking charge, you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.

Individuals who demonstrate strong legal research skills and can support and enable domestic (and international) growth, while assisting with compliance issues, including drafting policies will be of interest.

Individuals that offer support and advise around usable information, data analytics, social media management software and digital transformation projects to ensure that the brand is operationally consistent and positive, will be highly sought after.

THE PURPOSE:

For every sale made a % of the profit is automatically donated to the 17 Sustainable Development Global Goals (or SDGs) as adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015.

THE INCUMBENCY:

This will be a 3-month contract, with a 'profit share' incentive built-in, with the option to extend the contract, and potentially become much more of a long-term situation, for the right person.

If you have other commitments, or if you are currently employed full-time, or even if you have your own business to run - your expertise (even with a cap on time shared) may be exactly what is needed, right now.
