Job Title - Solutions Coordinator
Location - Bredbury SK6 2SN (currently fully remote due to the ongoing pandemic)
Salary - circa 24k
Hours of work - Full Time Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm


Introduction


Active Business Communications is a well-established and growing provider of business Telecoms and IT services.

You will be responsible for processing orders across our portfolio of services (IT Support, Office 365, Hosted / VoIP Telephony, Unified Communications / UCaaS, SIP Trunking); validating the commercial and technical specification on receipt from Sales, managing them through implementation and on into billing with hand over to the support team on completion.

You will understand the carriers and suppliers, their portals and processes and the products being sold, therefore will have worked in a similar provisioning/order manager/sales support role in an ISP, IT or Telecoms environment.


Principle Responsibilities


You'll be responsible for…
, Delivering customer service via telephone and email
, Validating order requirements with sales and technical teams, providers and the customer
, Organising purchase and delivery of hardware
, Raising orders to provision, cease and renew services with carriers / vendors
, Allocating and booking engineering resources
, Managing the number porting process
, Maintaining sales and purchase order system records in a weekly routine
, Accurately capture network details to ensure accurate onward billing
, Resolving problems and overcoming barriers to keep projects on track
, Meeting defined customer service SLAs and standards
, Maintaining CRM system records


Qualifications and Experience

, Experience of coordinating multiple elements in an order to meet a pre-set deadline (order processing, provisioning or similar)
, Good understanding of the of IT, VoIP telephony and circuit data products and services - Office 365, IT networking, Ethernet & xDSL connectivity, SIP, VOIP telephony
, Good Microsoft skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
, Good standard of general education
