Customer Service Manager

I am currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join a noted PLC residential developer, operating across their Staffordshire region.

A modern and innovative developer, my client is seeking an experienced Customer focused professional to manage and maintain the Customer Service function across the designated region; ensuring exceptional standards or service.

As a Customer Service Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Customer Service Technicians and Assistant Customer Service Managers

  • Ensure that all reported customer defects are dealt with in a cost effective, timely and professional manner to the satisfaction of the customer.

    Monitor and manage work through to completion.

  • Liaise with the customer on telephone calls passed by the Site team, Customer Liaison Manager, Build and Customer Service Directors

  • Seeks to continually improve the department to achieve optimum output and cost efficiency

  • Ensure that all NHBC resolutions are escalated and communicated appropriately

  • Maintain knowledge and adhere to relevant Group Policies and Procedures, Legislation and Regulation

To be successful in the role of Customer Service Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within a similar role within industry

  • Effective time management skills

  • Strong people management, planning and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Relevant CSCS Card

  • Experience dealing with NHBC

This role is based in Staffordshire, and is easily accessible from Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent and Wolverhampton.
