You will be responsible for managing a team of champion sales consultants who are fed an unending supply of leads by our Rockstar marketing team.

It is expected that this role may develop into a Sales Director position over time and appropriate training and development will be provided throughout that time to enable you to reach this.

About You:

You are a successful and experienced Sales Person that is driven by financial success.

You’ll have enjoyed years of success in a B2C role and now be looking for your ‘next big thing’ to get stuck into.

You’ll take a consultative sales approach and be determined to meet the team’s sales targets at all costs.

You’ll be happy to throw yourself into a fast-paced and pressured environment; you’ll enjoy leading from the front and being at the top of the sales leaderboard, every day, week and month of the year.

You’ll be given almost complete freedom on your work schedule although all our consultants consistently work some evenings & weekends to achieve their targets.

You will get comprehensive sales and management training and be able to work from home to reduce travel time + expenses.

What You’ll be doing:

In this role, for the first 3 months, you will learn everything about our products, clients and services by working as an admissions consultant.

You will answer inbound phone enquiries (no cold calling), follow them up to convert them into paying clients.

You can expect to:

  • Take a consultative approach with parents & students to generate a recommendation and build trust.
  • Following up with your leads to ensure you hit your Sales Quota – most work will take place in the evenings and weekends – this is a flexible role (and not a 9-5!).
  • Weekly Sales Coaching and Formal Training
  • Contributing and implementing ideas to improve processes and systems within the sales team

Following a successful stint in generating sales, you will take control of the sales department, having the opportunity to develop and implement your own policies and procedures, lead team training sessions and draw up the company’s sales strategy.

The Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2C sales
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Tele-Sales.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in sales management
  • A go-getter attitude and desire to smash your sales quota
  • Motivated by numbers and driven by targets; you will need a hard-working attitude in order to hit and exceed your weekly targets

Don’t Apply if:

  • If you would like a 9-5 role; this is NOT a call centre! Whilst you have the freedom to set your own schedule, our clients are most available on weekends and evenings; you will need to be as well
  • You are not a fast learner – you’ll get 4 weeks of training and then be let loose.

    We will give you a lot of information and expect you to keep up.

    If you failed your school exams, you likely will also fail here
  • You want an IT department to setup your laptop – if you lack the tech skills to setup our software, you won’t have the skills to do this role!
  • You are afraid to get your hands dirty – a good sales manager earns respect.

    If you aren’t able to sell, your team won’t respect you



  • Role Scope: Full time position with progression opportunity to Sales Director
  • Pay:£60,000 on Target Earnings with uncapped bonuses
  • Bonuses: Uncapped performance-linked bonus, team events, perks and fully paid holidays (Alps Ski Trip, Caribbean Cruise)
  • Location: Milton Keynes office; Three days in office, two days remote.
