Due to growth, they have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their team as a Sales Service Administrator.

This is a hands-on role, with plenty of responsibility. 

The ideal person will be someone who is able to build strong relationships with customers, providing a personal experience as opposed to one more synonymous with a large organization.

The most enjoyable part of being a sales service administrator is building relationships with customers, trade clients and all members of the team.

They are continuously striving to improve and therefore, ideas and feedback will be a critical part of the job role.

As a sales service administrator, you will be directly responsible for helping customers with all types of enquiries, leads and estimates.

You will work closely with their design consultants and office team to help provide an outstanding service whilst ensuring that everything they do is in line with their brand and standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • To be the first point of contact for customers and exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Liaise with customers on a regular basis whilst providing important information about their products and services
  • Qualify all leads, book in design appointments and manage their diaries to ensure a smooth operation for both their team and their clients
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary whilst providing all necessary information about their clients and their ideal/previous specifications

Key Requirements:


  • Be highly motivated to go above and beyond for their customers
  • Has excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Is solution focused and enjoy improving processes
  • Has a can-do attitude
  • Is confident when communicating with customers over the phone and resolving issues
  • Has great attention to detail, in particular in regards to data entry
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Is able to remain calm when under pressure
