Powertherm are looking for a proactive and ambitious Commercial Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will hold or could be working towards a Construction Management qualification or equivalent.

The successful candidate will administer contracts, invoice, valuate projects and provide support to the Commercial Team.

A typical day in your role will involve:


  • Converting projects from enquiries to contracts with contract review
  • Ensuring invoices are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with contract terms
  • Identifying incorrect contract costings and requesting corrections
  • Logging, and monitoring variation cost requests
  • Logging live and archived projects
  • Maintaining and updating Project Costs
  • Organising project documentation in a clear and systematic manner
  • Producing and maintaining contract files
  • Producing variation and day work reports
  • Producing interim Payment Applications for larger projects
  • Producing weekly and monthly cost reports along with integrating these within valuations
  • Taking off from drawings or measuring quantities on site

It would be desirable if you have the following:


  • Driving licence
  • Willingness to travel to various sites and locations

The role is full time and based at their Head Office in Sheffield, travelling to National Sites as required.

Salary expectations are dependent on skills and experience.
