Critical Time Intervention Worker

The Critical Time Intervention Worker will provide specific focused support to customers accommodated in direct access hostels, supported housing and independent tenancies.

This post will offer support to people sleeping rough with multiple and complex needs, as they make the transition from rough sleeping into secure accommodation.

They will support customers to plan and prepare for their move into more permanent housing, and to address budgeting including arrears/debt management working closely with the CAB, develop life skills / hobbies and interests to prevent accommodation breakdown and a return to rough sleeping.

This would include liaison with external agencies to develop an asset-based approach to support.

Job Title: Critical Time Intervention Worker

Hours: 37 per week (including a rota for weekend work) generally 9amto 5pm but may differ depending on the customer’s needs.

Salary: £19,881.24
