Head of Strategic Accounts – SaaS

Established HR SaaS Market leader

Established leader within the HR SaaS space who are still growing and looking to appoint a new Head of Accounts to join their senior leadership team.

Job responsibilities:

- Scale a successful SaaS sales team that retains and delivers predictable revenue
- Place high importance upon retention whilst also maximising revenue from existing accounts
- On board, train and coach a high performing sales team
- Manage relationships with key strategic accounts with over 50k users

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of SaaS experience with some deals being £100,000+ ACV
- Experience scaling, managing and developing a high performing quota carrying team
- Be willing and able to personally be involved in critical deals
- You have overseen monthly, quarterly and annual planning activities
- Be a charismatic leader with excellent verbal and written communication

Nice to haves:

- Experience targeting / building relationships within HR
- Recruitment, Payroll, Workforce, L&D solution sales experience
