Our client is a small family business, who believe great coaching & support creates champions!   The company's target is to help 1000's of small local business owners by 2024.

Being a small company, the owners, Obi and Rachel, pride themselves on having close working relationships with each of their employees.

You can expect plenty of support and you will find that each team member is enthusiastic about their contribution to the team and is striving to become experts/specialists at their given role.

The Mission

Help us change the lives of 1000 local small business owners by 2024.  

Role

This role requires a goal driven, outgoing, people person.

The lion share of your mission is to create appointments by talking directly to small business owners.

The Business Development Executive role enables you to become part of a team that helps small local business owners create more time to see their families, finally stop working 80+ hours a week (yes! Before working with us some of our clients would only see their families on the weekends)

We provide education, tools, and motivation to guide our clients towards a more balanced fulfilling life, the kind of life they envisioned when opening their small business.

You’ll be working directly with the owners Rachel Brown and Obi Odigboh.

Expected outcomes


  • Attend 4 networking events each week - Generate 3 gifted sessions each week for BNI members
  • Generate 3 partnership meetings each week
  • 20 walks ins per day generating - 5 workshop invites
  • 30 SMART calls per day to local businesses
  • Book 3 gifted sessions per week via Linkedin

The Ideal Candidate:


  • Eager to learn & grow your communications set - learning through online courses, books and role play
  • Outgoing, comfortable making conversation with strangers
  • High performance, people person capable of putting a smile on a friends face
  • Target driven.

    Daily, weekly and monthly targets to achieve
  • Detail orientated
  • Fluent conversational level of English (written & verbal)
